Continuing Education for Arizona Process Servers

GULF BREEZE, FL, February 2, 2012 PIeducation.com is pleased to announce today the formal acceptance of another one of its online continuing education courses by the Supreme Court of Arizona; bringing the total number of courses approved for Arizona Process Servers. Each of the courses have been approved for ten hours of CE credit. Arizona Process Servers will meet their total education requirement for the year with any of the approved courses.

SECTION § 7-2O4: PRIVATE PROCESS SERVER CERTIFICATION CONTINUING EDUCATION POLICIES

D. Authorized Continuing Education Activities

10. Repeat of an Activity. Generally, credit will not be granted for process servers who repeat an activity within the same renewal period. Exceptions maybe granted if it is determined the activity is directly related to the work of a process server profession and duplication of the continuing education activity will enhance the process server’s knowledge, skill and competency.

In order to be eligible to act as a private process server in Arizona all persons must be certified and comply with the requirements of the Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 11, the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, administrative orders and the administrative rules adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court. The Arizona Code of Judicial Administration, §7-204: Private Process Server, as adopted by the Arizona Supreme Court via Administrative Order No. 2002-110, governing the certification of private process servers, took effect on January 1, 2003. Pursuant to §7-204(F)(7), all certified process servers must complete ten hours of continuing education every twelve months.
