Our courses are very reasonably priced to assure our commitment to your education.

Technical Support

If you are experiencing an issue with playing course video content, follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

1. Try switching the browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

2. Are you connected to your work Virtual Private Network (VPN)? If so, the VPN is blocking your access to our video player. We recommend contacting your company’s IT support and request that they allow your system to access the video player and its files.

3. Try switching to another device. You can always test our course center on your phone, tablet, or another computer that’s available as long as the other device is not connected to the VPN.

  • Browser: You’ll need the latest version of ChromeFirefoxSafari, or Edge (You can check which browser you’re using by clicking here)
  • Device: You can use a computer (Mac or PC), mobile phone, or tablet to use PI Education.
  • Operating System: If you’re on a desktop or laptop computer, you’ll need to be running Mac OS 10.12 or later, or Windows 8 or higher
  • For mobile devices:  Contact us at 615-953-3150

PI Education does not support Internet Explorer and we don’t love EDGE. If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, you may experience issues with site functionality, and should switch to one of the supported browsers linked above.
