A FEW THINGS BEFORE YOU BEGIN

  • Please note that not all courses carry all state approvals.  If you are enrolling in online courses to meet state mandated continuing education  requirements, be sure to confirm that you choose online courses with certificates that meet your needs before enrolling (to see the state approvals click on show details of any course listed below).  It is the responsibility of each professional to understand the requirements for license renewal or check with the state licensing board and/or professional organization to become more familiar with their policies and acceptable continuing education activities prior to enrollment in a course.
  • All PI Education courses are online, on-demand (self-paced, asynchronous) courses unless otherwise noted as a online synchronous, live/virtual class.
  • If you are a North Carolina Licensee, remember a maximum of six hours of CE may be obtained from online, on-demand courses. There is no limit to the number of hours that may be obtained from in-person instruction or live, virtual instruction.
  • Your online course access is available for 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase – meaning usernames and passwords expire! You do not keep them forever.
  • Once you finish a course, we keep your completion record for 5 years. You should be downloading your certificates immediately after course completion. There is a service charge to retrieve CE records and course completion certificates outside 6 months of purchase.
  • If it has been over 6 months since your last transaction with us and you need continuing education credits for a new renewal or licensing period, you will need to go to the course catalog and purchase your course(s). A new username and password will be emailed to you for access.
  • Please note: If you try to reset your password 6 months after your transaction, this process will not work. You will need to purchase a new course to get updated login details. You won’t be able to sign in with an old password.
  • If you are purchasing a course for someone else, during the transaction simply enter the correct billing address information associated with the credit card holder at checkout; However to ensure course credit and login details get emailed to the right person,  in the name and email area of the transaction please enter the course participant’s name, email and license number (if applicable) in the designated fields. If anything is unclear, please reach during business hours and we will be happy to help.
