PI Education offers several online continuing education courses for Arizona process servers. Several of our class topics are approved by the Arizona Supreme Court, Private Process Server Program as a provider of continuing education for certified Arizona Private Process Servers.  You can click here to verify via the AZ Supreme Court website.

FAQ’S Regarding Continuing Education for Arizona Process Servers

The following are guideline on continuing education for Arizona process servers:

  • All process servers must complete continuing education courses that relate to the work of a process server.
  • Arizona process servers must complete at least ten hours of approved continuing education every twelve months.
  • Each process server must submit course completion documents on approved forms when they renew their license; we will provide those forms to you by email.
  • A renewal period is for three years.
  • Lastly, credit will not be granted for process servers who repeat an activity within the same renewal period. However, exceptions maybe granted. For instance, if it is determined the activity is directly related to the work of a process server profession and duplication of the continuing education activity will enhance the process server’s knowledge, skill and competency.
