Class Format: These classes are in a live, instructor-led format offered via Zoom Meetings. Classes will be taught over two days. Each day is a 3-hour session.
CLASS REMINDERS:
You must attend both days to receive a total of 6 CEU Hours.
Refund/Cancellation/Transfer Policy: Cancellations or transfers require advance written notice. Cancellations received at least 14 days before a scheduled live/virtual training will be refunded 100%. Cancellations less than 14 days before a scheduled live/virtual training will receive no refund or credit.
All trainings are subject to sufficient registration. If a live/virtual event is cancelled due to insufficient registration, emergencies or extreme technological difficulties, all paid registrants will be given the choice to either attend a rescheduled event at no additional charge or be issued a full refund.
System Requirements: These classes are taught by a live instructor via Zoom Meetings. Computer audio/video and a reliable internet connection are required for CE credit. We must be able to see and hear you on camera. This is a state requirement.
Check-in begins at 9 am ET.
You are required to join the virtual classroom by 9:30 am ET for us to take attendance, verify your identity, and ensure you are experiencing no technical difficulties. Please make time to join early if you need extra assistance.
