Refund/Cancellation/Transfer Policy: Cancellations or transfers require advance written notice. Cancellations received at least 14 days before a scheduled live/virtual training will be refunded 100%. Cancellations less than 14 days before a scheduled live/virtual training will receive no refund or credit.
All trainings are subject to sufficient registration. If a live/virtual event is canceled due to insufficient registration, emergencies, or extreme technological difficulties, all paid registrants will be given a choice to either attend a rescheduled event at no additional charge or be issued a full refund.
System Requirements: This class is offered via Zoom Meetings. Computer audio/video and a reliable internet connection are required for CE credit. We must be able to see and hear you on camera. This is a state requirement.
