Texas RULE §35.161 CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS states you must have at least two (2) hours of CE involving the review of the Occupations Code and Administrative Code.
This class covers the required 2 hours of continuing education in the review of Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1702, and the Board’s Administrative Rules, Tex. Admin. Code, 37 TAC 35.
*These two hours will only apply to Texas license holders.
