Section 324.1122
Continuing education requirements. 324.1122. A licensee shall successfully complete sixteen hours of continuing education units biennially. An individual not licensed as a private investigator or private fire investigator who is hired as an employee by a private investigator agency or private fire investigator agency shall successfully complete eight hours of continuing education units biennially. Such continuing education shall be relevant to the private investigator or private fire investigator business and shall be approved by the board as such.
